Hello there! I’m Jon Ferreira, the Youth Pastor of RY. I’m so glad you’ve come to visit our page! On top of leading here, I also run a media business called “Yellow Brolly Co.” Some things to know about me is that I love to collect comics, shoes, magic the gathering cards and almost every NBA snapback known to man. I grew up in many different places, so when you meet me come and ask all about my time in Amsterdam, Sri Lanka, and more!

My name is Abbey, on top of being one of your leaders here at RY, I'm a mom of 2 amazing kids, I run a media business called Yellow Brolly Co and currently working opening up a day care here in Toronto. I'm passionate about a lot of things, but mostly to see the lives of students change, be transformed and live on with purpose!

Hello, my name is Becky Bantug. I am currently a grade 7 Science and Maths teacher, as well as working part time with WillowdalePC Treehouse ministries. I am passionate about teaching and love playing the piano and singing.
Britney Cato

Hey, my name is Britney with one t lol. I am a recent graduate of the university of Toronto and majored in health studies. I love candy, sweet or sour if you want to bribe me use that! I love baseball and my favourite team is Tampa bay rays go rays!! I enjoy painting and listening to music. 80s pop is my absolute fav!! I also enjoy learning about space flight and have watched every launch from the commercial space x program. I have grown up in church and have been attending WPC since I was toddler. I serve in children ministry and relentless youth. As well I worked as a counsellor for 3 years at our summer day camp serving kids in the community. Having this opportunity to serve as youth leader has allowed me to see the amazing work God has done and continues to do among our youth as many came from the community starting in summer day camps and returning for our youth program. I’m excited to continue to grow our youth community!!!

Hey! Allow me to introduce myself. I’m Caleb Shaikh and I’m an RY leader. Currently, I’m at Durham college studying health promotion. I’m 18 years old and I love to be active and hang with my friends. My favourite sport is basketball (go Raptors!) and I love to sing and read my Bible. What’s good everyone? I’m Dave Adeleja, and I serve at Relentless youth as a leader. I’m someone who loves to be creative in so many ways. Creatives are my life and career actually; I’m a photographer, videographer, actor, and Big & Tall model! Something you should know about me is I love short walks to the fridge, I love food and cooking up a new recipe is always a favourite of mine. When you meet me, I’d love to hear all about your favourite food!
Destiny Higgins-Reid

Hi my name is Destiny and I am one of the leaders here at RY. I’m 20 years old and am in my fourth year of the English program at Ryerson university. I love reading and am very passionate about social work and working to support youth, especially in marginalized communities. Although I prefer alone time, I’m always down to have a conversation about marvel, my chemical romance or dinosaurs.
Francis Domaoan

Oh hi there! I’m Francis, and I’m a leader here at RY. I’m 16 years old and I’m in grade 11 at Hodan Nalayeh Secondary School. I’m super into playing the guitar, and love to chat with my friends. On a Friday, you’ll find me playing some games and ultimately having a blast with each person that comes to RY! Ask me about the quack sound I can make with my cheeks and I might just have you amazed at my skills!

I'm originally from Ottawa, but I'm learning to call Toronto home! I love meeting new people, building long-lasting relationships, and teaching others out of my own experiences. I have a lot of wildly different hobbies and interests, so if we meet I'm sure I could find something we could connect on! I also run Vanguard for young adults.

My name is Isaiah (or Zay for short). Here at RY I serve in the worship department, broadcast and audio and creative teams. I enjoy getting to know people and learning about people and beyond that, I love music, reading and basketball. In my free time, I find myself playing guitar, reading, or playing basketball
James Walker

What is UP! My name is James Walker and I’m a leader at RY. I’m in my second year at UofT studying to get my undergrad in kinesiology. Some of my hobbies include going to the gym and playing the guitar. Keep an eye out for me on stage jumping around while playing the guitar banging my head to the tunes!

Helloooooo! My name is Jenny and I’m a leader for Relentless Youth. I was born in the UK and moved to Canada as a rolling stock (train) engineer! Sometimes I pray to God for cheesecake and He always comes through! You'll often find me with snacks to share, so come say hi if you want some!
Loreen Domaoan

Hello, I’m Loreen Damaoan. By day, I’m in my second year at UofT Studying life sciences, and on Friday nights I’m a leader at RY. With my life sciences degree and some more schooling, I hope to become a pharmacist. On a typical RY Friday you’ll most likely find me playing piano for worship. Outside of Friday nights though I love to play volleyball, read a good book, and watch psychological thrillers!

Hi everyone! My name is Lydia Joseph and I serve here at RY. I’m someone who loves to spend time talking with people and meeting new faces! I plan to go to York University in January for psychology and while my friends might not expect it, I love motorcycles! I could talk about them for hours so when you see me ask about my favourite bike.

Hi there! My name is Karsten Marvin Susilo, but call me Marvin. I’m one of the leaders at RY, 16 years old, and I’m going into grade 12 at A.Y. Jackson Secondary School. This year, I’m balancing a part time job, school, STUCO presidency and my sneaker/Andrew Garfield obsession! I picked up loads of things over the past two years so if you ever want to talk in Spanish or French, or anything Dallas Maverick related, I’m your girl!!

Hey, I’m Praise and I'm 28. I am an avid football fan, I love techy gadgets and occasionally play games. I'm always hungry and looking to eat (meat is my comfort food). I am quite forgetful too so I'll be asking for names all the time. I also have a passion for seeing young people worship God with their talents and skills. Having the opportunity to help out and be present in any way necessary allows me to learn more about who God is and what heaven is like.

Hey! My name is Reanna and I am 27 years old. I have been going to Willowdale church for over 10 years and serve in Relentless Youth and Treehouse Kids Ministry. I am an NBA fan and you can always catch me watching a basketball game during the season. The Toronto Raptors championship parade was unforgettable! I also love cooking and vegetable gardening. My favourite is cooking Jamaican dishes and I love to use fresh vegetables that I get from my garden! Specifically hot peppers as I grow a variety of them. Spicy food is my favourite, I put hot sauce on almost everything I eat! I have a passion for helping others and giving a hand in need. I am excited to see Youth develop a relationship with God and grow as they discover their gifts.

What’s good y’all?! I’m Rishon, and I serve here at RY! I’m currently 21 years old studying Marketing and Advertising at OCADU. I currently work as a digital marketer and designer and love to get creative in these areas! You’ll find me all over the stage, whether it’s singing, strumming the guitar, or playing the drums (all self-taught)! I’ve been learning since I was a kid and now that I’m older and love to serve in ministry, I love to build teams from the ground up and see the most unlikely people using their God-given potential. I’m a proud Sri Lankan and overall love meeting new people and being a part of their story.

Hey Hey! I’m Shannon, and I serve here at RY each Friday, and with Kickstart Junior High on Thursdays! I love to sing and be with students, saying hi to every new face that walks in the door. I’m someone who loves to travel, whether it’s to the beach or to Greece, one of my bucket-list destinations! Come find me and talk about where you want to travel and we’ll be talking for hours!

Hello, my name is Valeria Echeverry. I am 18 years old. I am currently taking a year off of university to figure out what I really want to do for my career.
